ZeusK8s
Who it's for

If multi-cluster is already your job, Zeus makes the hard parts operable.

Standing a cluster up is easy. Proving failover, joining regions, and keeping more than one person able to operate it is the real work — without the team living in kubectl and tribal Terraform.

You have a cluster running and you're not sure it would survive a real outage

Workloads deploy. You've never cleanly tested region loss or DNS failover. You want a path to multi-region that doesn't start with a six-month mesh project.

You run more than one cluster and the seams are tribal knowledge

The person who built the peering and Terraform still owns every incident. You need networking, DNS, and config visible in one place — not another dashboard that only watches.

Your engineers can ship product; infra still eats too many cycles

You do not need Zeus to replace anyone. You need the team you already have to spend less time on overlay plumbing, DNS, and day-two toil — with no kubectl required for the main path — and more time on the product.

You're a founder or CTO who wants proof, not vibes

The team says infra is fine. You want a control plane where failover, topology, and ownership are visible enough to trust — and standard Kubernetes if you ever leave.

What this looks like in practice

The hard parts are almost never "run kubectl apply."

They're cross-cluster service discovery, IP space that doesn't collide, TLS trust that every pod actually inherits, DNS that fails over when a region dies, and a database that already exists in the second region before you need it.

We built Zeus around those seams: an encrypted fabric (not another fleet-of-islands manager), multi-region databases with a shared ops surface, and health-checked DNS for mesh and public traffic. No kubectl required on the main path.

Complexity doesn't vanish. It becomes visible, grant-by-grant, and operable by more than one person.

Being straight

When it's not us.

  • A single stateless app in one region where a managed PaaS already fits. You don't need this yet.
  • A platform team that wants to own every layer end-to-end and has the capacity to build and maintain it. Build away — Zeus isn't mandatory.
  • You enjoy 3am pages and explaining untested DR to your CEO. We can't help. That's a lifestyle choice.
